Agritour Data Deletion Policy

This policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by Agritour website through its services, including but not limited to, mobile applications, websites, and customer support systems.

• Types of Data Collected: Agritour collects personal data for authenticated users such as full name, email address, phone number, financial information, gender, and address information (like country, region, district).
• Purpose of Data Collection: The purpose of collecting this information is to provide customized services and updates, customer support, and ensure security for all beneficiaries.

• Retention Period: Once data are deleted, users can request their data within a period of 5 months (termed as the period of inactivity). After this period, data may be permanently deleted, and users will need to register again to access the services.
• Review of Retention Periods: The Agritour Team periodically reviews retention periods to ensure they remain appropriate and comply with legal requirements.

4. Data Deletion Process

• Initiation: Upon receiving a verified deletion request, the deletion process will be initiated promptly.
• Data Deletion: Data are temporarily deactivated before being permanently deleted. Temporarily deleted data may be backed up for up to 5 months.
• Confirmation: Users will receive email and SMS notifications when their data is deactivated and once it is permanently deleted.

5. Exceptions

• Legal Obligations: In some cases, Agritour may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
• Business Requirements: Certain data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, provided it is no longer associated with identifiable individuals.

• Deletion Requests to Third Parties: Agritour coordinates with third-party service providers to delete personal data upon user request.
